  1. Read ‘How to get the most out of the program’ below

  2. Complete the Session 1 exercises here. Please make a copy of each Google doc (File --> Make a copy...) and send me the completed work at least 24 hours before each session

  3. We'll do our first session using video to get to know each other a bit! We'll use Zoom and you can join the meeting at https://zoom.us/j/6375055397 (or we can also do hangouts if you prefer) and then each call after that will occur via phone (415-295-5463)


How to get the most out of the program

  • You may find some of the exercises really difficult! Do what you can on the first pass, revisit a second time and see if some time and space makes it a bit easier and if not, don’t stress too much about it. We’ll discuss on the call and I can help you work through it.

  • This is an intense process and your brain will need time to mull and percolate between sessions. Things may become more clear over a few sessions, some exercises are a work in progress, so if it’s not clicking right away, be kind to yourself and know that it’ll all fall into place with time.

  • Some clients find really great success if they’re able to revisit the exercises a few times over the week. If you’re someone who benefits from that style of work, try to start the exercises as soon as possible after the call.

  • You guide the focus of our calls so if there’s something specific you’d like to discuss in any of the sessions, please let me know.

FAQs

  • Can you give me edit access to the exercises? I suggest that you make a copy of the exercises to avoid having anyone put sensitive information in the master document that I share with all clients.

  • What if I need to reschedule a session? I know that things come up and you'll probably need to reschedule a session or two. Please do so using the online scheduling system (https://calendly.com/alifeofoptions/scyjs) if it's more than 24 hours before the session or if you need to reschedule with 24 hours please email me. Otherwise, please try to keep the cadence of roughly 1 week between sessions so that you can keep up the action and accountability of the program.

  • What kinds of things can I email you about between sessions? Anything! If you need a sanity check, if you have a realization you want to highlight, if you have questions, if you need help making a timely decision, if you want to celebrate something, etc. I love being in touch between sessions about anything you want to discuss.
