My new one-day exclusive VIP experience does just that. 

At the end of this one-day experience:

  • You'll have a clear picture of what's important to you so you can make decisions and take action in-line with your values, not external definitions of success.

  • You’ll be able to communicate your strengths, your unique value, and the environment you need in order to thrive so you can have conversations with your manager that leave you feeling empowered and excited.

  • You’ll identify what’s working and not working currently so you can make impactful changes towards work that is most fulfilling.

  • You’ll also have a clear framework to assess opportunities that come up so you can avoid draining waffling and make decisions with unshakeable confidence.

And you’ll have my three signature outcomes of all the programs I offer - clarity, confidence, and the ability to communicate effectively about what you want in a job. No more feeling guilt, shame, and embarrassment when your manager asks “well, what do you want to do?”

Here’s how it works:

  • Intimate 3 person group for a virtual VIP day experience (you can sign up as an individual or sign up as a group of 3 friends/colleagues)

  • Pre-VIP day support: 

    • 30-min group call to relieve the pressure you place on your job (so you can stop beating yourself up unnecessarily and actually feel good in your skin!) and setting expectations to maximize our time together

    • In-depth exercises to complete before the VIP day experience so we can hit the ground running with insights, reframes, and action

  • VIP day experience: 9:30 am - 3:30 pm PT with three 90-min sessions:

    • Session 1: What matters to you and how are things going in your current role?

    • Session 2: What are your strengths and your unique value and how are they engaged at work?

    • Session 3: What do you need in a job in order to thrive? And how do you effectively cultivate opportunities, internally or externally?

  • Post-VIP day support: 

    • 60-min group call to follow-up on the insights, answer any questions you have and receive additional coaching

    • Additional exercises, frameworks, and resources related to your individual experience


The VIP day experience will give you a bigger boost of clarity and confidence in one day than you can imagine. 

What’s so special about a group of 3?


I’ve been running different types of group programs for many years and I always get the same feedback. A workshop participant put it this way, being with other humans who are experiencing a similar kind of struggle normalizes something that feels so unique and lonely.

Here are the biggest benefits to working in this small group:

  • Your struggle seems so personal, unique, and lonely but I guarantee that it’s not. The same mean thoughts running through your head (I should have it figured out by now, my career has to progress at all costs, my job has to be impressive to other people, etc) are running through everyone else’s head as well. You get to experience the feeling of normalizing what you’ve been beating yourself up about.

  • What matters to you is different than what matters to other people. You can’t find success following other people’s definition of success but you think “isn’t this what everyone wants in a job?” Nope, and you’ll get to see the beautiful variety of values that different people have.

  • You get to see and appreciate your own strengths. We devalue what comes easily to us and habitually discount our strengths (“oh this? can’t everyone do this?”). One of the biggest takeaways for a recent client is that she has strengths that she gets to prioritize and engage in the workplace. By seeing other peoples’ strengths, you’ll get a new appreciation for your own.

  • It’s a brave space. Small groups create a special kind of magic where you get inspire and be inspired by the bravery of others.

  • You get to disrupt the way you’ve been having the conversation in your head. I know about the echo chamber in your own head and the way you’ve been trying to solve the problem. Getting to talk with and learn from a few other people in a similar challenge gives you completely different ways to approach the situation.
